"We stayed in the Family Suite and chose this hotel because of its excellent location, positive reviews, and the convenience of having on-site parking.
We arrived around the start of check-in and were told that the hotel's parking lot was already full. The front desk asked us to find parking elsewhere. While I later realized the hotel states that parking is limited and not guaranteed, I wish they had been more proactive by sending an email before our arrival explaining that parking is limited or encouraging guests to request a parking space in advance if needed.
This was especially stressful for us because we had a 4:00 a.m. airport transfer the following morning. We were concerned about having to walk through the area at 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. to retrieve our car, as it did not feel like the safest option. For travelers who are unfamiliar with downtown Mexico City, a simple email explaining the parking situation would be very helpful.
After about two hours, the front desk staff was able to find us a safe parking spot after we explained that we were considering leaving because the parking situation would not work for us. We appreciated their efforts to resolve the issue.
Other than that initial parking incident, our stay was excellent. The hotel was comfortable, the room was great, and everything else went very smoothly. If you're not driving, I would definitely recommend this hotel."
