"The experience was disappointing overall. The food didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, some of the Punta bar staff were rude and not very welcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d rush back to."

The rooms were very clean extra points to the cleaning crew! The property was relaxing and very much set the tone of my vacation. The rooms even smelled clean as well as the hallways. shower water was comfortably hot. I didn’t feel overcrowded and the property felt safe for a solo traveler!"
