"Mostly spot on with listing, it was a nice place to relax after long days of touring Dallas. Hot tub is nice. Although on of the corners doesnt have working jets.. nothing crazy but there are flying bugs at night so be mindful of that, nothing crazy thoe.Only real complaint is not being able to spend more time there ."

"For a few day stay its not too bad. There was somethings that need work. For instance, the shower needed work on it for more pressure. The fridge didn't cool and the door to the room didn't shut completely at time you have to pull it shut."

"Staff was friendly and stay was nice. The only complaint I had was that the hot water never came on and when I told the front desk staff, they said they would send someone but no one came to fix it. I had to take a cold shower to get ready for an important interview. I really still like the property and the staff regardless and would recommend this hotel."

"Did not connect to wifi. Had to switch rooms 2x due to rooms being dirty. First room had what i hoped was chocolate on couch and stains on bed sheets. Second room also had stains on bedsheets and sticky stains on nightstand. Breakfast was cereal, waffles and eggs with juice or coffee."

"Receptionist lady at front desk was not a people person, pool area saw female underwear throwing so disgusting. Next door occupant where arguing and fitting, screaming my children got so scared."
