"Room was clean. Ac worked. The floors were squeaky and bouncy. The shower door didnt have any seals on it so when we showered it would flood the floor unless we put a towel over the opening and kept the shower door pulled in."

"Continental breakfast was beagles, toast, pastry, cold boiled eggs, cold cereal with milk, granola bars, flavored oatmeal packages to do in the microwave, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. Everything looks good and clean we didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looks good too. Room was clean. Great location also. "

"Staff very friendly especially when I checked in Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided. Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel. Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi. Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile. Laminate flooring was old Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door). Only deadbolt to lock door from inside the room Liked the magnetic "Do not Disturb" sign for the outside of the door Not enough parking near room Parking spaces for most part were wide Pool was refreshing with towels availalble Liked that there was a restroom in pool area Could tell the Resort was older "

"The breakfast was excellent with watching golfers practicing their swing (hitting buckets of balls) for entertainment. The room clean. There was plenty of public areas for visiting."

"The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa."

"The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money. "

"Breakfast was delicious loved the self serve. Staff was helpful and always keeping things clean really appreciate it Room was clean loved the microwave in there to reheat my food lol also very comfortable beds"
