The pool can be heated upon request. Additional fee for pool heating is $25 per day.

The booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the homw for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation of this rule may result in a removal from the property without a refund.
No unauthorized overnight guests that are not accounted for on the reservation. Any unauthorized guest found to be staying overnight will incur an extra charge of $50.

No more than 6 guests in total ( including day visitors) at any given time. Quiet hours 9pm-8am. No Smoking, no vaping, no electronic cigarettes.
The pool is equipped with a heater. The charge for using the heater is $25 per day. Children should always be supervised around the pool.
