The Space:

Tucked between the Banana and Indian Rivers on Florida's Space Coast, this waterfront condo puts you inside a nature sanctuary unlike anything you'll find at a standard vacation rental. Roseate Spoonbills, Bald Eagles, and Brown Pelicans pass by while rocket launches light up the horizon - and you watch it all from your private balcony without moving an inch. For pilots, the runway at Merritt Island Airport is less than a mile from your front door, with 24/7 access. For everyone else, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Port Canaveral are all within easy reach.



Living space

The open-plan living area is finished with tile flooring throughout and a smart TV for evenings in. A dedicated workspace means remote workers and business travelers are well accommodated, while ceiling fans and air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round. Step out onto the patio or balcony to take in the river views and the wildlife activity that makes this stretch of Merritt Island so distinctive.



Sleeping arrangements

The king-size master suite features a walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom is set up with two double beds and has an adjacent bath. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 2 full bathrooms in total.



Kitchen & dining

The high-end kitchen is built for proper cooking - granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and sleek cabinetry throughout. You'll find a full refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cooking basics you need. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and baking sheet round out the setup. Pull up a seat at the dining table and enjoy your meals with river views in the background.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-appointed, with the master ensuite featuring a bathtub. Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water are all provided.

A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.
