"So I get to the check in and the lady working there is yammering on facetime with her friend and is so involved in her conversation that she doesnt even look up and greet me for like 30 seconds, then ends her conversation and finally checks me in. Already a bad start. She did ask me if I preferred upstairs or downstairs so hey congratulations you get 2 stars instead of 1. "What a great place to stay!!! Family friendly and very helpful with all of our needs. They really looked out for us and provided a car space right outside the front door of the hotel for a reasonable price. It was in close proximity of the Mets game where they actually won one! Would go back next time in the city!!!"
