"I don't understand the previous rating "outstanding" which influenced my booking: the hotel is very basic, run-down, extremely inconvenient: you won't be able to have a coffee/tea properly - the space is tiny, the hotel wouldn't provide even with drinking water and you've got to pay $8 for a small bottle, the cups' sizes don't fit the machine, the bathtub plug missing so there's no point of having the bathtub in the first place, terrible lamps "shades" and switches, the windows facing the other wall so the blinds must be drawn at all times.
The staff is friendly but that cannot compensate for the overall hotel quality"
