Mérindol is in the south Luberon, close to the Lourmarin Castle and the Régalon Gorges. It is a village of rural origin. It draws its roots from the Waldensians. It is known for its olive oil and ornithological observatory.
The nearest large cities are: Avignon (40 km), Aix-en-Provence (40 km) and Marseille (70 km).

- A terrace (45 m²) facing full South, shaded over 30 m², opening onto the magnificent view, with garden furniture and mobile gas barbecue.
- A garage (1 parking space) and parking spaces within the property.
INTERIOR
This holiday home with a swimming pool in the Luberon is on two levels. It has an area of 130 m². It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style. It includes:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- An air-conditioned living/dining room (30 m²) equipped with a television (DTT), a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system and a fireplace.
- An independent kitchen (12 m²), consisting of a dining area, a fridge, electric hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.
- A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
3 Bedrooms:
- A bedroom (16 m²) with a double bed 160 and air conditioning.
- A bedroom (15 m²) with two single beds 90 and air conditioning
- A bedroom (9 m²) with two bunk beds 90 with a fan, facing North
- An independent bathroom (9 m²) with two washbasins, a bathtub, a shower and a WC.
