"Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and good parking. Cleanliness at the room was good, but can easily be improved. Overall was a good experience!"

"Breakfast was marginal, cold cheese omelet, one coffee machine not working, the other took forever to grind, heat, discharge a normal tasting cup—full cup. Whether you wanted full one or not. Between traffic noise from I-20 and stomping from the room above, not a good rest."

"Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel."

"Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted."
