Needlecone on Lake Winnipesaukee

Welcome to Needle Cone on Lake Winnipesaukee! The quintessential lake house with an amazing location right next to Shep Brown's. A beautiful combination of camp style meets new modern style, with everything your family needs to make wonderful Lake Winnipesaukee memories. The main floor has a large kitchen looking out to the screened in porch and lake, a dining room, large pantry, half bath, comfortable living room complete with a foosball table. The screened porch houses many chairs, a large table for eating meals or playing cards, there is a dart board, and an amazing view of the lake that is a stones throw away.

One bedroom on the main level with a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a claw foot tub. There is also a 1/2 bath on the main level and you can step outside to the outdoor shower if you wish!

Second floor has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with 4 twin beds, lakeside bedroom with Queen bed and twin bed, 3rd bedroom with Queen bed, full bathroom on the second level with a full sized washer and dryer.

If you would like to get away from the rest of the crew to sleep, there is a tiny cottage with 1/2 bath right outside the door of the main house (Queen bed).

Please Note: Small pet considered with prior owner approval and an additional pet fee. This home does not have ac, there are fans to use. Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals.
