"A great hotel. And clean!"

"Worst hotel stay in my 45 years of traveling. My son and I were so happy to leave this hotel. The list is long. A/C not working in room and 80 degree even after helpful staff tried to fix. Switched us to a different room that already had people staying in it. How embarrassing trying to open a hotel door at 11pm to find people already there wondering why you are trying to get in. They put us in another room only to find long strands of someone else’s hair on the pillow, gross! Nightclubs downstairs, next door and across the street mean if you have a room on street side you’ll hear nothing but obnoxious honking and party people. The incessant honking and “move your F’ing car” will last from 3-4:15 am every morning. Tiny rooms without anywhere to sit but the bed. No nightstand, table or anywhere to put stuff conveniently. 3 inch deep sinks that are absolutely terrible. This hotel is meant for young hipsters and is nothing like a normal hotel. If you’re over 30 stay somewhere else. You will seriously regret it like us. I’m 57 and my son is 18. I’ve travelled the world extensively and this was one of the most disappointing hotels yet. It’ll work for a bed, toilet and shower but that’s it. Very nice staff but unfortunately nothing they can do to make up for all the problems. If your middle aged this place is not for you. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Edison in NYC.The location adjacent to Times Square was efficient for shopping, and nice restaurants were nearby. The rooms were larger than standard, clean, and the bath with shower was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Yes, we would stay there again!"

"Room was clean and comfortable but no coffee was provided. Hotel includes a “destination fee” but you get $15 to spend in the very overpriced market. Stay was very quiet during the week but was a little bit rowdier on weekend - would recommend asking for a room away from elevators. Area in front of hotel is a little sketch/gross due to the vacant storefront next door attracting homeless and had an overall urine smell. Location was otherwise great."

"Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. I'm positive I could have gotten a hotel better suited to my tastes, probably at a lower price."

"Overall for a lower cost stay for a solo traveler it’s a good option. No lift after a long day of walking is rough. Only one Dyson to blow dry hair after shower there was a line to use. "

"I stayed 3 days by myself. I certainly wouldn't stay here ith myself but it was an okay value for a quick solo trip. My door code didn't work two of the three days, requiring me to go back to the lobby to get a new code both times. The staff were okay; certainly didn't apologize for the code not working but they did resolve it. AC didn't work my final night, when it was 90+ degrees outside. If it's <$150 a night I'd stay here again. If it's more than that it's a no go."
