"We stayed one night as a family of 4 in this very well located apartment on our way from Porto to Lisbon. Apartment was as described and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. There is a supermarket very close, some restaurants and of course the cathedral. It is also 30 minutes from Nazare. Overall, it served our purpose very well. More picturesque than ne economical than staying in Nazare."

"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to NazarĂ©. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. "Pedro was great with communication, the space was exactly as pictured and met our needs for a one night stay. It was good we had a car as it’s a residential neighborhood (very quiet) and there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area. There is no source of heat but when we asked about that we were provided with an electric heater in short order (late October stay and it was a rainy colder day). My only complaint would be the bed was too hard for us so I didn’t get a good sleep. "

"The apartment is exactly as the pictures, we had a little bit of confusion when we arrived as we had not received any communication from VRBO so maybe there must be some glitch in the system. The apartment is fully equipped, very new, very modern and extremely clean. It is one block away from the beach and there is a parking lot half a block away with spaces for all of the apartments from Batata to park.Amazing place."
