The location is convenient however finding the entrance and offloading our stuff was confusing, having never been to Bilbao before. You can either goes into the underground parking lot and pay a little - although it's not immediately obvious the lot serves the hotel - or pull over on the side of a busy, narrow street that was undergoing construction.
