"The check in/out was seamless, the valet was attentive and quick, the coffee shop in house was amazing, all staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant, and the pool/hot tub were phenomenal! 10/10 stay, would come again!"

"Stayed during the Louder than Life festival while the hotel was sold out to full capacity, and still the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the festival, which was convenient and easy to use, making our stay even more affordable because we didn't need a rental car or have to use ride share services. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and remarkably reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Pool was OK. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and rotating 5 meals were good. Being Kentucky though guests are required to pay %1 per drink forasmuch rhe hotel can't give away the drinks per lw. Otherwise a good stay."
