"Great Location, the hotel is in an older building, but the furniture is recent and looks pretty good. The Elevators seemed a bit scary, and I've seen guests being stuck in it on saturday for 2 hours. Other weird thing, when they clean up the rooms, they leave with all the towels and come back later for new one, I had to call both days to request them delivered to my room.
It,s a quick 10 minutes walk to Beale Street, so that location is great for that reason!"
"Shuttle lady went above and beyond. Led us to a gas station for rental car fill up and on to the airport. So helpful.
Room was fine, clean.
