I am a cancer patient and the manager did all she could to help us. The problem with these facilities is middle and upper management. They are incapable of putting out a good product.

The person at check in gave my daughter and I keys to a room already occupied. My key opened the door and whoever was inside latched the safety lock. Myself and other guests were agitated. Also a copy of my credit card was made ? I questioned it ???
