"Property was fine. Staff was hit and miss with their availability. Biggest miss was lack of bath towels, which I found out after my shower. Tried to convince me there were towels but apparently my own eyes were not deceiving me as I drip dried looking throughout the room for a towel. I guess a bath mat comes in handy. Otherwise the place was fine."

"I stayed at Hilton LAX twice in a two-week span. They were wildly different experiences. The first visit was truly pleasant: Airport shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze, the room was modern and clean. The second time was a disaster: Airport shuttle skipped us (presumably it was full); we had to take a midnight Uber to the hotel. The room was very outdated. he air conditioning was not functional and we all sweated in our sleep. Front desk offered no compensation other than "sorry"....
