"No where to eat, when I ordered in I was made to go to my room to eat by the male night staff member very rudely. The room was ok but very loud when surrounding guests used the facilities in the bathroom. Basic and clean but wouldn’t stay again."

Pousada da Serra da Estrela - Historic Hotel
"A very cool location and history to this converted building. Our room was very white and clean, a tribute to its past I'm sure. Staff were almost all great. Our waiter would go a long way if he smiled or at least pretended he was happy to have this job. Overall a good experience."

"The perfect spot to relax and unwind, this is a little piece of heaven. Susana makes the most divine mirtle jam which was wonderful for breakfast on the terrace. We can’t wait for an excuse to return."
