"The reception was perfect. They offered us a voucher for drinks at the bar. It is better not to offer something that is very cheap in quantity. It is almost insulting, better not offering than give this small quantity."

"My stay was 4 nights. In that time my room was serviced once. Fridge froze the salad I put in it. I had to take the container to reception because the room had not been cleaned. Towels exchanged once!! Water was not replaced. Room was not freshened until I went to the front desk. Cost..$1066. And no breakfast included although advertising said there was breakfast. I would not stay at a Garden Hilton Hotel again. My experience in Amsterdam for nearly $500 again with no breakfast very disappointing. My stay at Ibis Hotel, much cheaper and with breakfast included!! Lynda. Ontario Canada."

"They are still renovating some areas of the hotel and I would strongly suggest that this needs to be finished asap. The grounds around the hotel and carpark look very much unkept and should be cleaned up, to give a much better impression for arriving guests. Staff is very helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. Location is great, very close to highway exit Moenchengladbach Nord and the downtown area can be reached on foot within 10 minutes walk."
