"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "We had a fantastic stay at Azz Táctica. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. My partner and I are vegan, and although there weren't many vegan options available at breakfast, the chef kindly prepared a fresh salad for us, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel well looked after. The location was also very convenient, around a 20-minute walk to Fuente del Jarro...

"It was a clean room. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful in Spanish and English."
