"The Hotel Berna is a few minutes walk from Milano Centrale train station. The rooms were very nice with good amenities such as a wet bar refrigerator, king size beds,great AC system, coffee and tea in room. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. They also had a a great happy hour with a free food selection if you ordered a drink. Our waiter, Raffi, was very good and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff, Andrea, gave us good recommendations for dinner. Mamma Rosa's was excellent and close by."

"Very friendly and nice staff, modern, nice and clean room. Great location 5 min to Milano central train station and Metro. A lot of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, nice ambiance. We are very happy with our stay!"

"Close to the station. The building is next to the Hyatt and the entrance to the building was weird. We walked through the shared parking lot to get to the building. Maybe we just did not know other ways. The building is old but rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. AC works. The ceiling lights did not work, but it was too late to call someone. There was some error made on my booking but it was taken care of quickly by the front desk staff. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. good for one night stay before our flight out of Milan."
