"Easy check in, have stayed many times and will go back again and again. Easy walk to everything that Melbourne has to offer from casino, restaurants, shopping, museums, public transport etc . The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. They are always more than happy to hold our baggage when we check out which is convenient to come back after a morning breakfast and a shop. "Front desk were amazing, Joan in particular. Beds really comfortable and room good size. There is a step up into the shower (about 15cm) which means it's not ideal for tall people or those who struggle with steps. The hot water and pressure were fantastic though."
