"The location was fantastic. Great spot to avoid large beach crowds. Saw lots of turtles nesting right behind the house! The house is awesome for large groups. Lots of room to spread out and hang out. The upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Two refrigerators were a plus. Great deck on the back of the house. Lots of beach towels, toys and chairs. Plenty of parking. House does need a little TLC."

"The host is very kind and communication is timely and jovial. The place is perfectly sized for a couple. Small bathroom but not too small. The location cannot be beat - one block from the beach. The local grocery store across the street is fantastic with European choices, amazing true Italian pizza and pastries. They have a coffee shop as well. There’s a great choices of cafes and restaurants walking distance and within 3 miles. The deck for the second floor unit is a great place to hang for morning coffee.Melbourne Beach was sparsely populated and covered in shells during our stay the weekend of July 17."

"The house was beautiful and perfect for my family and two kids (7 people)!We did have minor issues getting in due to the code not working but Jim the property manager was extremely responsive and got us resolved within minutes! I've rarely had such fast responses to issues on this platform!Everything was clean and just like the photos. The pool was small but great for the two kids to play in at night. Being next to the beach and bay made sunsets and sunrises an eager activity for us every morning and evening. The pool net was broken but the pool was otherwise clean!My family and I would definitely go back in the future."

"Good sized house for a crowd.Ice maker didn’t work well. Water pressure was really low in one of the upstairs showers and the downstairs bedroom sinks. Gas grill was very soiled and didn’t heat evenly-knobs to control the heat level barely worked. Kitchen lacked some basic items, such as trivets for hot food, enough pots with lids, certain utensils such as a spatula, measuring cups for cooking and measuring spoons. Could not clean the floors except with a broom and dust pan- lots of sand gets into the house despite best efforts.Management was quick to respond to issues and was able to provide assistance when possible. And staff was always pleasant and kind!"

"We rented this gorgeous beach house for our family get away (even though most of us live within 2 hours away or closer!) and it was perfect. The hosts were fabulous and the house had everything we could want or need and then some provided! The week there was amazing and we saw turtles coming right up to the stairs that lead down to the beach every single night. It was a great property and made for a very special family vacation! I can definitely see us renting this exact property in the future!"

"We were looking for a place for a low-key summer break at the beach where we could bring our dog with us and this place fit the bill perfectly. Clean, convenient and in a very cool and eclectic area between Indialantic and Sebastian. Quiet and the beaches are still the ones we were raised on and remember well. Can walk right out onto sand from backdoor and into beautiful water and excellent break. Stones throw from Spessard, Spanish House and Sebastian. Great for a locals getaway."
