"This house is amazing! The host was so friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The beach was beautiful and clean. The turtles showed up at night to nest. We had a large family and everyone had their own rooms and plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had all the items we needed. All you need is your swimsuit and food. This was such a wonderful experience for our entire family! I highly recommend it!"

"The location was fantastic. Great spot to avoid large beach crowds. Saw lots of turtles nesting right behind the house! The house is awesome for large groups. Lots of room to spread out and hang out. The upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Two refrigerators were a plus. Great deck on the back of the house. Lots of beach towels, toys and chairs. Plenty of parking. House does need a little TLC."

"This house was absolutely perfect. The private beach was excellent (just make sure to keep lots of bug spray on hand to combat noseeums), the raised deck over the seagrass was heavenly, the beach chairs and children's sand toys were a wonderful addition, the rooms were spacious and well decorated, the AC did a marvelous job keeping the house cool, and the game room was a lot of fun!"

"The house was beautiful and perfect for my family and two kids (7 people)!We did have minor issues getting in due to the code not working but Jim the property manager was extremely responsive and got us resolved within minutes! I've rarely had such fast responses to issues on this platform!Everything was clean and just like the photos. The pool was small but great for the two kids to play in at night. Being next to the beach and bay made sunsets and sunrises an eager activity for us every morning and evening. The pool net was broken but the pool was otherwise clean!My family and I would definitely go back in the future."

"I' would give the location 5 stars, the beach is lovely and the sunrises were awesome. Saw new turtle tracks in the sand each morning. The property photos on the website appear to be dated, as the deck is unpainted in the photos, however, has been painted turquoise some time ago and the paint is now blistered and peeling. The property could use some updating in the baths, and some new beach chairs/gear. The sliding glass doors are newer impact doors but look like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, Overall we had a nice time, but it was a little pricey given the property condition. The refrigerated keg of Stella was a nice surprise!"
