"We have stayed at this property twice now and have enjoyed it every time. We opted not to get sheets or towels changed during our stay but staff still came and replenished coffee pods and water in the room, which we appreciated."

"الخدمه كانت اكثر من رائعه"

"Achtung – erhebliche Lärmbelästigung! Wir waren im 11. Stock untergebracht. Leider war die Musik aus der darunterliegenden Hotelbar bis Mitternacht, teilweise sogar bis 2:00 Uhr morgens, mehr als deutlich in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Die Zimmer sind selbst für Berliner Verhältnisse sehr klein. Damit hätten wir uns noch arrangieren können, aber die Lärmbelästigung war absolut inakzeptabel. Wer Wert auf Ruhe und erholsamen Schlaf legt, sollte dieses Hotel besser meiden!"

"Helpful staff, nice rooms, great spa, comfy bathrobes. Would recommend. Great Location too. The zoo was great."

"Perfect for 3 people visiting Berlin. Aldi and the train station as soon as you exit the premises. Comfy beds and clean. Great place to stay."

"Lovely hotel with great staff. Great breakfast and really good room. Only small negative was that the room could have been a little cleaner. Would highly recommend and thank you to the lovely staff."

"Clean and quiet, travelled with a baby and they had a crib all set up for us. So kind! The breakfast was beyond what we expected- staff on site to cook eggs in the morning and freshly baked variety of bread. Walkable to cafe, food, park, transportation! So happy we stayed here"

"Best location and the staff is wonderful."

"Zimmer 704 ist absolut zu empfehlen."

"Sehr schönes City Hotel. Feines Frühstück"

"The hotel is in a great location, near to s&u bahns, plenty of great restaurants that are local too. Breakfast has a good choice and was fresh, my daughter loved the waffle machine! The room was a good size, the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable for me. Staff were very helpful, was able to store luggage pre and post checking in/out."

"The room was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, I was disappointed with the luggage service. I was given a luggage trolley and told to handle my luggage myself. Unfortunately, the trolley did not fit in the elevator, so I had to carry everything myself. The breakfast was good, but not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service. The hotel was nice, but the service did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star...

"Even though the Staff was very nice/ helpful and the Breakfast Buffet a great Value, i wouldnt recommand this Good Location to any friend or family Simply because of very Weak(borderline Terrible ?) WiFi access !! Unacceptable in 21st Century for any Tourist NOT to be able to do peaceful/reliable Research on Smartphone or Laptop. In the future, i will stick with Hilton or Marriott hotels who do understand what matters to their Guests..."

"prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is goed"
