"We had a great stay here! We chose to stay near the beach for a few days, and this was a great place for it. It was a 3-minute walk from the beach with beach clubs and restaurants, a 30-minute walk to Perissa (perfect for dinner, etc), and a 2-minute walk to a convenience store. The room was very well furnished and very clean. The check-in/out process was easy, and the host was incredibly friendly, offering to help with anything we may need! "Our stay at Sunny Villas was nothing short of magical. Perched on the cliffs of Imerovigli, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the caldera, the sparkling Aegean Sea, and those famous Santorini sunsets felt like living inside a postcard. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family. Every question was answered with a smile, and every interaction added to the experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly positioned to take in the incredible scenery. Whether relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or watching the sun disappear into the horizon, every moment felt special. What made this stay unforgettable was the feeling of peace. Despite being in one of the most sought after destinations in the world, Sunny Villas offered a sense of calm, romance, and serenity that allowed us to truly disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Thank you to everyone at Sunny Villas for helping make my birthday trip so memorable. The views, the hospitality, and the experience will stay with me long after I’ve left Greece. Akra Suites & Spa

"Our experience at Akra Suites was terrible. We booked a 3-night stay for our anniversary, expecting a relaxing and peaceful vacation, but it became stressful and frustrating from the moment we arrived. Within the first 10 minutes of checking into our room, we found bugs everywhere. There were bugs and flies on the bed, under the pillows, throughout the room, and around the private pool area. We literally spent our first 10 minutes cleaning instead of settling in and enjoying our vacation. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. We specifically booked a room with a private pool, but the pool was also filled with bugs, making it unpleasant and unusable. Because of the conditions, we immediately asked to check out and requested a refund. The staff member contacted the owner, but the owner refused to issue a refund despite the circumstances. I would challenge the owner to spend a night in that room with their own family and see if they would find it acceptable. No guest should have to deal with these conditions, especially when paying premium prices for a vacation stay. Instead of celebrating our anniversary and enjoying some peace of mind, we spent our time dealing with an issue that should never have existed in the first place. The property needs a deep cleaning and much better maintenance. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."

"Lovely suite with terrace and a panoramic view of the Caldera. Staff was warm and welcoming and Georgia was like a personal concierge. Everything she arranged was terrific - especially the island tour and catamaran boat ride. Pickups were flawless. Location away from the craziness Oia and Fira was a plus - accessibile but also serene. Two great restaurants, including the Santos winery, within walking distance. Suite itself was spacious and also serene."

Absolute Bliss

"Absolute Bliss is an amazing resort. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Since there a lot of stairs, they carry your luggage down and up for you. You get to select what you want for breakfast and it is delivered at your requested time in the morning. We loved the omelettes and chocolate croissants. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and loved it. It was very spacious and clean. You have an amazing view of the Caldera cliffs especially from your personal balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast and the hot tub. They provide robes and slippers. The bed was on the firm side but comfortable for us. The location was perfect for us in between Oia and Fira. Imerovigli was much quieter and peaceful than Oia and Fira. I am so glad we picked this location. A taxi was about 35 euros to Oia, but there is also a bus stop nearby for a few euros. Our favorite restaurant was Mama Lena which was a short walk away. There tzatziki was amazing! We also ate at Le Moustache which is more expensive, but has an incredible view for sunset. The pool was excellent too and right off our room. I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely pick to stay here again! Thank you Absolute Bliss for a wonderful stay!!!"

"My room was full of bugs it was disgusting tons of spiders and ants everywhere! No coffee maker no hot water kettle no basic amenities that every other hotel offered. Got checked in by A man named Thanos he was meh never offered to help with our bags and or have someone at least offer a hand after a 10 hour travel day those little touches matter. I felt the pool wasn’t very clean as my eyes got Swollen and itchy immediately after I swam in the pool something that has not happend to me out of 4 hotel pools I swam in prior to the stay here during my vacation. You must pay 3 euro to rent a towel for the pool which is absurd first hotel who charged us for this basic item. Breakfast was mediocre as well especially for a place that is charging 220 euro a stay.the beach and location is beautiful but this place just gave me the creeps with the hundreds of ants in the room"
