"Rustic summer camp-style rooms. The campgrounds are great and so is the location. You are steps from the beach, next to a quaint coffee shop, general store, and ice cream shop. Beds were very comfortable. But the major negative is there is no AC and they only have very weak fans. We were in an oven each night. So recommended for non-summer months!"

"All 5 stars are going to Karen, front desk. Our check in was easy, and she was very nice and helpful. Looks like hotel is going through some construction work and improvement, hopefully it will be done by our next visit. Good location, the pool looks nice and clean, just need few umbrellas. Definitely will come back."

"We have stayed here several times and the property is really tired. The building needs a refresh, the stairs need work, there is no air conditioning so the room was uncomfortable in the evening and the breakfast is gone. It's really convenient to the restaurants and Common Beach which is the main thing going for the hotel."
