Outside, there is a large private swimming pool with romantic lighting that enhances the experience of night bathing.

Pula, the largest city in Istria, just 6 kilometres from the villa is world famous for its stunning Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built during the 1st century, during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespansian.

The unspoilt nature of the protected Cape Kamenjak Park is also nearby (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline).

Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic pleasures. The Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni. Located 10 minutes boat ride with departure from beautiful fishing village Fazana, only 15 kilometres away from the villa.
