"Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des MissverstĂ€ndnisses mit der Agentur bezĂŒglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Ăbertragung einer Versicherungspolice ĂŒber den Betrag fĂŒr den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. "The property is perfect for 2 families, lots of space with the central exterior kitchen with bbq and plancha very well suited for long evenings of good food, wine and pleasure!
The swimming pool and bubble bath are splendid as well! With Jean-Michel as the caretaker for all questions and a short chat in the morning to top it off."
