"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We had the river right outside our unit. Just beautiful. We even saw deer and wild turkeys on the property. Our room was very nice, with a separate bedroom and very comfortable mattress. Good water pressure in the tub/shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. The gas fireplace in the living area was a very nice extra feature! We would definitely stay here again"

"Check in was fine, property was a little old, but that wasn't bothersome for us. We did rent a room with a pull out sofa bed. Upon checking both closets for sheets for the sofa bed, we only found two pillows and a flat sheet, no blankets. I went to the front desk to request extra blankets, and the man working the desk seemed irritated I was asking, asked if I had checked the closet, then said he would bring blankets to our room, but he never did. We ended up taking a sheet off the queen sized bed so the person sleeping on the couch had something to cover up with. I guess if you're going to rent a room here with a pull out couch, bring your own blankets from home."

"Stayed at four different hotels this trip and the Inn on Fall River was easily the best. Even though it’s considered a 3-star I would rate it 4-5 star because of the location, amenities, and rooms. I don’t normally take baths but that large jet tub took care of sore muscles from hiking RMNP. Loved the fact it was just a few minutes to drive into town. Excellent value for the price!"
