"The facility was clean and beautiful. The hotel has the look and feel of a well maintained 5-star hotel. The kitchen and bar area definitely resemble a typical downtown hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our family breakfast there. The exercise room exceeded our expectations.
We visit Media often to spend time with our family and this will our go to hotel. Looking forward to many more stays here."
"The property was clean, it was easy to communicate with the staff as I had to check in late and the facilities are well maintained. Decent gym and everything was convenient."
"If you work at the front desk you represent the hotel brand. Think her name was Maria, she was rude and unprofessional. The beds were comfortable, only redeeming aspect of this hotel. Lousy service, people need some major training!!! It was a disappointment and for spending $150 a night I expect more. I would really recommend the manager relook at their hiring and training process!!!"
