"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Everything at this place was incredible from the staff to the room with the view and the amazing hot tub. Everything was close and if it wasn’t you could get a lovely ride on a very nice golf cart!! "We stayed 2 nights in the presidential villa. Beautiful property with highly attentive staff. Delicious food, amazing views. Very cozy feel. Very clean. Great private pool and hot tub. Fireplace in the villa and fire pit outside by the private pool. Aleks, our butler, was amazing and was always available. The coffee was delicious! In-room espresso machine, French press, and V60! Overall it was amazing!"
