"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Laureles Suite Selection. The location was great, and the accommodations were comfortable. However, we believe there is room for improvement in the overall guest experience, particularly in staff attentiveness, communication, and responsiveness to guest needs. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future."

"Buena atención y excelente servicio En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia en el hotel. Todo estaba limpio y el servicio fue bueno. Sin embargo, la habitación que nos asignaron en el tercer piso tenía un olor extraño, parecido al de las tuberías. Nos comunicamos con la recepción y el personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó a cambiarnos a otra habitación en el cuarto piso, donde nos sentimos mucho más cómodos y el olor no era un problema. Agradecemos la atención y la disposición del personal para resolver la situación. Como recomendación, sería bueno revisar el olor en algunas habitaciones para mejorar aún más la experiencia de los huéspedes."
