"Everything was great. Staff was friendly, location is good and the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The issue was when we requested the airport transportation service. One of the receptionist took our Information and told us she "booked" the service and that I would receive a text to confirm later. The next day I asked another receptionist if the payment would be charged to my credit card and she said no, that we would pay the company and then she looked up our reservation on the computer and confirmed the details. In hindsight, she was actually making the reservation with their affiliate company. I later received a text from the driver that was going to pick us up and I assumed they worked with the transportation company, until I received another message, this one more legit, with company logo and all our information (name, hotel, pick up time, price). They texted to confirm pick and I said "yes, the driver already reached out to me" and gave them the name of the person who contacted me. They told me that person didn't work for them and then sent me the information of the assigned driver, make and model of car, license plate, picture etc. I was confused how a random person got my number and was telling us they were going to pick us up. My husband went to the front desk and told them the situation and they had the same information that the transportation company had sent me. We don't know for sure what happened but we didn't like that. Just make sure you confirm."
