"Great hotel in downtown Medan. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, the pool side room are amazing. I go back there every year with my wife's family for 3 reasons: Great pool, amazing breakfast buffet and very nice staff, very helpful they treat us like kings over there."

The sheets had blood stains, the walls were full of stains, the floor had clearly not been washed for a long time, and the bathroom was full of mold and limescale. The room had no windows, and the staff was very cold and unpersonal, the ac worked good and the shower had good preasure and heat, but I would say those were the only decent things in the room. Would never recommend to anyone!"

The shower head was broken off and just gross. There were roaches everywhere. The ac barely worked and the tv was missing. The cabinet was broken. I thought maybe I can pull through was one night but then I saw bedbugs and knew I had to go. When I went to check out the staff didn’t even question it they just...

"There are Pro and Con for budget accommodation. PRI staff performance is "Excellent" CON Frequent power failure that may interrupt internet service / room lickset need to improved as i found it difficult to closed / the vicinity pitch dark after 7pm not suitable for ladies or couple please look elsewhere safer / only one eatery but have to walk at least 500 meters."

"I did enjoy my stay at the hotel. The food was excellent with lots of variety to choose from. I like the welcoming atmosphere and the staff were very generous. I will recommend the hotel to other people. Dem. Rep. Of Congo"

"Clean, really hot shower, nice breakfast, great artwork. A little noisy at night and WIFI was really poor. "
