Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
À fuir absolument ! Une vraie arnaque. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cette chambre sur Expedia pour 63 000 IDR. Sur place, la rĂ©ceptionniste nous dit qu’ils « ne sont pas sur Expedia », alors que c'est le premier rĂ©sultat de rĂ©servation dans Google. L’établissement apparaĂźt deux fois sur Google sous deux noms diffĂ©rents : OYO 92430 Anora Homestay et RedDoorz near RS Setiabudi Medan. Notre nom Ă©tait mal orthographiĂ© et la rĂ©servation indiquĂ©e comme « non payĂ©e », malgrĂ© la confirmation d’Expedia. Sans autre option, nous avons dĂ» payer 150 000 IDR pour pouvoir dormir. Et lĂ , l’horreur : chambre immonde, murs sales, cafard mort dans la douche, draps et oreillers tachĂ©s, aucune tĂ©lĂ©vision contrairement aux photos, une seule serviette sale pour deux, odeur d’humiditĂ© et rien n’est conforme Ă  ce qui est annoncĂ©. Les photos en ligne sont une pure tromperie. Pour une premiĂšre nuit Ă  Sumatra, c’était une vraie dĂ©sillusion. Évitez cet endroit, peu importe le nom sous lequel il apparaĂźt.
