"Everything was amazing. Staff was cooperative. View was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was great. Very nice food. Only one draw back was Expedia did not mentioned in room description that there were 80 + steps to climb to go to family rooms. But staff helped us go up and down in golf cart which they said they do not do normally. I would come again for view and great service they provided. My therapeutical massage was cherry on top. Overall great experience. Relaxed and enjoyed this property."

We truly felt like valued guests and and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was savory and the option to eat outdoors made for an excellent dining experience."

"The hotel was absolutely fantastic, with fresh, delicious food and an incredible experience! The host even collected eggs from the chicken nest, and we explored their stunning vineyards. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the panoramic suite, which offered breathtaking views. I’m already eager to return every year! Huge thanks to Jenny and Rosario, who were so warm and friendly—fluent in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish, making everything so convenient for any tourist. Thanks again Fernando"

"We were there for 2 nights. The room does not have a mini fridge so while searching for a place to store two bottles of beer and lunch food I was told I cannot bring my own food here to make sandwiches for a lunch nor can I drink my two beers on their property because they supply and make their own wine and beer (and expect us to buy their product). They will provide you with lunch however for a ridiculous price of 30 Euros each. I told the custodian who greeted us that if I knew that I would not have booked the property since nowhere on their website does it state these rules. He begrudgingly let me use their kitchen fridge and watched me like a hawk while I drank my beer and made my lunch on the common terrace anyway. I did buy a bottle of their red wine for our two dinners we bought. This person really rubbed us the wrong way."
