"The historical features were amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable, although there didn’t seem to be a fan in the bathroom. Lovely attention to detail through out the room. Free coffee in the morning was lovely! Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was friendly and welcoming! The manager's door was locked in broad daylight. This is NOT a hotel...more like an SRO. This "hotel" if receiving subsidies from the...

"It appear they are nearing completion of a fresh remodel. The toilet/shower room was a bit small but very clean. Overall a great value for an older hotel. Breakfast was included with the price of our stay."

"I booked this hotel, partially based on the reviews that it was good for single travelers, and that was accurate assessment. Don't be fooled by the dated, lackluster exterior - my room had obviously been fairly recently renovated, and was secure, clean and comfortable. I was only there for a quick overnight stay, but if I'm ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again."
