"This was a very nice hotel, especially bc of the price. We stay at LaQuintas often, as we travel with a mini schnauzer. This one was soundproof enough that she didn’t worry about people coming and going down the hallway and there were good places to walk/toilet her with nice grass and places to dispose of her waste. They even gave her a poop bag and a treat in checking! Speaking of check-in, I was 5th in line to and still didn’t have to wait more than 5 min. The building is clean and modern overall. The evening staff was friendly and very helpful. The locations is fantastic as it is close to many shopping and restaurant options with close access to I-29. There was a waffle maker and cereal dispenser for breakfast (though the rest of the food was pretty so-so). Carpet was clean. The bed was comfortable. I would give it 8.5/10. The biggest cons were that while the room appeared clean the floor was a little sticky and there were long dark hairs in the shower and on the beds (I’m a blonde). The room fridge also ran on the warm side, enough to where I was a little worried about my meds (that need to stay cool). But again, if the Ritz Carlton is a 10 an 8.5 rating is a pretty great deal for this cost. I would stay here again without hesitation."
