"This rental has become our go-to spot in Magnolia. We just had our 4th stay here and have already booked a 5th (our son goes to SAU). We love that there are 3 bedrooms, so we can each have our own space and privacy. It’s nice to have a kitchen, living room and dining area, plus a stocked coffee and tea bar. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is a plus. We always enjoy the welcome letter and snacks waiting for us when we check in. The house is in an older neighborhood, but we haven’t had any concerns at all. Easy check-in and check-out process, communication with host is always great, convenient to SAU and all of Magnolia."
