Charming tourist residence located in the village of Fontanazzo, in the municipality of Mazzin di Fassa at a distance is one kilometer from Campitello di Fassa. The property is externally very nice and has a large open parking lot with parking spaces reserved for the individual apartments. The complex is located in a very quiet area and is close to the bike path and beautiful walks such as the forest road to Canazei or Pozza di Fassa or for the more trained the Val Udai and Val di Dona. The Col Rodella ski lift in Campitello di Fassa is about two kilometres away. The property is located near the stop of public transport and the ski buses in the winter season.
Newly renovated apartment of small size, measuring in fact about 32 square meters, at the entrance we find a well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, adjacent to the kitchen a living area with a table and a sofa that can become a comfortable double bed, a nice bathroom with shower and a room of sufficient size to accommodate a double bed. The ski bus stop is 80 m away, thus making it possible to reach the Col Rodella cable car in 5 minutes. Nice and cozy small apartment

Everything went well, as expected. This is a small apartment located in calm place. It doesn't have separate ski room, and we have known about it. There are two balconies, which was handy to store our stuff. Condition corresponded to property description and photos. Host agency was very welcoming and supportive.
