"Clean, quiet and much less expensive than most other places to stay in the area. Very close to the Verde River and the Out of Africa wildlife park, pretty easy to get to and obviously undergoing renovations; I have to say that our room was easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our host was friendly and I enjoyed our stay."

"The elevator did not work and the bistro was closed for repairs. In addition the speakeasy had cancelled the live music. We also were not told there would be no housekeeping services. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. I would stay again just because of its location."
