"The mountain view from the room was spectacular and easily the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very average considering we paid for the premium king suite. The bed was not comfortable—you could feel the springs in the mattress—and the pillows were small and thin. For a king bed, I would expect proper king-size pillows, but these felt like basic, inexpensive standard pillows. The shower itself was nice, but the bathroom layout was odd. The toilet and shower are in a separate room with no sink, which makes things less convenient and less private. The only sink is outside the bathroom and also serves as the kitchen sink. Another issue was the refrigerator. It’s located in the family room instead of the kitchen, it’s extremely small, and unfortunately it didn’t work during our stay. Overall, the view was beautiful, but the room amenities and comfort didn’t really match what I expected from a premium suite."

"The staff was nice. The room was unique. A lot of hand made furniture which was nice. There was no Continental Breakfast. The website says there is and in the room there is a pamphlet that says there is. Imagine our surprise when we went downstairs and there was no continental breakfast. The area outside of the hotel is depressing. "
