"The location was good and there was plenty of room for all nine adults. The pool was a great bonus and the hot tub much appreciated. We also enjoyed the table football Our property manager, Benedicte was very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries The only thing that let the property down was the arrangement of the bathrooms. "When we arrived we asked where we should park. We were told park along the street and at the pay and display, to get a three hour free ticket. I specifically asked if that three hour ticket would be enough to get us till the free parking at night and was told yes. She was wrong."

"Beautiful pool and garden, beautiful quiet location - house was good but old fashioned and required more thorough cleaning and attention to detail on cleaning crockery, checking for bugs in house (cleaning again) and ensuring that all facilities were in good working order which they were not. Heating was broken, dishwasher did not clean properly, no hot water in evening, then internet went down in storm affecting TV, with little to no contact with owner. This house needs TLC as did we so we felt cold, neglected and disappointed with our holiday. Apart from one load of logs for the fire which cheered us up we were pretty much ignored by the owner except when he arrived to check the heating and the plumber tried to fix. But it came on once at 2am then that was it. So very sorry but it was all too frustrating. Better communication is required. "
