"We stayed at the Bird House for my daughter graduation weekend from Texas State University. Great location - peaceful vibe in the pecan trees, yet just 12 minutes from TXST campus. House is cute and has everything we needed (except dishwasher!!). We enjoyed swinging in the porch hammocks, walking the property, and lounging indoors. Definitely a great getaway! "

"We LOVED staying at the Pecan Farm. This was definitely a relaxing place where we could let the kids roam around, eat tons of pecans off the ground, visit the neighboring horse, and swing on the front porch. The outside space is definitely what makes this stay really memorable."

"Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos."
