  • Maxwell Beach Residence is one of Barbados newest luxurious beach-front condominium property available for holiday rentals.

    Offering ultra stylish and contemporary beach-front living unlike any other, featuring some of the most high end finishing’s and furnishings in Barbados.

    Our South Coast location offers direct access to the quiet, pristine white sandy beach and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and the Oistins Festival. We are no more than 15 minutes away from the International Airport and the same from the main city and shopping centre Bridgetown. Our exact locale is on the Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads and traffic sounds.

    Offering 2 en-suited master bedrooms with King beds and one bedroom with Queen bed. Featuring specially designed Italian kitchen with granite marble counter tops with breakfast stools, fully fitted with kitchen appliances, double-door refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Each villa also has its own private balcony with astonishing views overlooking the pool, garden area and the beautiful turquoise blue ocean and white sandy beach.

Amazing stay , apartment had everything you could wish for , kitchen fully equipped , and plenty of condiments in the draws so check whats there before u go shopping , nice touch to have some supplies in the fridge upon arrival , loved the views on the balcony , pool was the perfect temperature , beach was cleaned of any seaweed every morning , happily stay here again

We really enjoyed the stay during our vacation! The property is beautiful, super clean, the staff are helpful and friendly! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Everything matches listing and the pictures do not do the justice. The airport pickup, food and drink they put in the fridge upon arrival are just very thoughtful! We love this place and we highly recommend to anyone!!

We had an amazing vacation The condo was nice and clean. The balcony was so nice to relax on and had a beautiful view. Pool and beach access was great. Host was nice and attentive. Would definitely rent here again.

Michal's condo was perfect for our needs. She responded promptly with any questions we had. The pool yard was perfect for my grandson and the pool and beach were a great treat. Can't say enough about the amenities in the condo, Michal had everything you need to start your vacation, lots off little touches in case you forget anything. I would definately stay again!

Incredible view from the balcony. Michal and all of the services were top notch! My favorite place was the garden area. It’s tucked away from the wind and waves but still has the water view.

10/10 ExcellentWe really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and it was so nice being able to step right out to the beach and pool area. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the whole check-in process was simple and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and other spots while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The apartment was very well appointed, lots of good kitchen utensils. Air conditioning was very efficient. Our welcome at airport and transfer was very good , very helpfulLovely looking at sea from balcony and pool clean and plenty of lay out beds

Wonderful location, quiet setting, beautiful condo with direct access to the beach. Next door is Bougainvillea Hotel which gives you access to a convenience store and restaurant if needed. Up the street is Del Mar Restaurant & Bar with access to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or on same road there is access to public transportation. We stocked up at Massey grocery store and cooked a few days to save money but also dined out. Had a lovely, restful vacation. Also did some tours to the eastern part of the island. Didn't drive but got around using pickup Barbados app which worked out fine. Can't wait until my next trip!

10/10 ExcellentWe had an amazing stay at this property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and being right on the beach made the whole experience even better. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, and the property felt very safe and well maintained. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. What a beautiful condo with great views and all of the amenities needed!! Michal was a very attentive host and promptly answered all inquiries and made sure our visit was phenomenal ! We would highly recommend this property and be sure to make use of Wayne (& family) as drivers to get around the island. We are definitely coming back! The Ocean One staff were constantly ensuring security and cleanliness of the property!

Came to Barbados to check out Ross University. This condo was perfect. Great location, comfortable beds, and easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Staying at OCEAN-1 #503 was a joy as usual. There was no hassle; it was smooth; location great; property spotlessly clean. All in all a great experience.

Great view, perfect condo!

The property was exactly as advertised, and was a wonderful place to call home in Barbados. Great AC, beds were super comfortable, nice access to pools and beach, and everyone felt very safe. Will definitely return!

Excellent! The ad doesn't quite do it justice. The beach is right outside the building; in the pics, it appeared to be a little further (to us).The rooms are huge.The kitchen is very nice and has every little item that a home kitchen might have...spices, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.Oh, and the tv had many American channels...not that we were inside much.Mr Wayne and his daughter were extremly helpful, as well.No regrets. Will return.
