"I was given a different room from what I paid for and she said that I probably saw the pictures of another property she has. I told her to show the picture separately for every place she said NO. So you book and she gives you whatever she wants. So my friends had to go somewhere else to stay and she never refunded me the difference since that places was less money per night. Place was dirty.
