"Good"

"Stay here often. Great 1/2 way point for many of our trips south. My only complaint is the included breakfast. This is basic and minimal, especially for such a nice hotel. You get better breakfasts at chain hotels."

"Staff were real nice and helpful. Room was large. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods."

"Easy stop off 81. Super clean. Plenty of storage in room. Gym is nicer than many hotels. Breakfast is okay (I’m picky though) and don’t like most breakfast foods. Staff friendly and caters to guest. Only downside is the noise off 81, so maybe request the other side if a light sleeper. We didn’t bring our dog, but if seemed quite dog friendly "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable abd clean. The bathroom towel holder was rusty shower looked outdated. "

"Okay for a quick stay I guess. Floor was so dirty had to wash the kids feet within 5 min of walking on it. Sheets seemed washed but stained. Fridge was barely cold. Ice maker didn’t work. Didn't see any bugs or anything like that. To be fair the front counter gentleman was very polite and likely would have done something to make it right but we were too tired from driving to want to switch rooms or anything like that. Room next to ours had the door propped open most of the evening "
