Welcome to the Lot department located in Midi-Pyrénées. The house is only 1 km from Mauroux, a small village, and can accommodate up to 10 people. It offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. On the first floor, there is an entryway, an equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a large, country table, a large lounge with leather sofas, a flat screen TV, as well as a coffee table. On the same floor, there is also a double bedroom with a 160-cm bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The second floor features a bedroom with a 140-cm double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining shower room with a toilet. The lounge opens onto a roofed balcony/ terrace with a view of the garden. The terrace is secured and has a sofa, as well as a table to eat lunch outside. The 2500-m² garden is full of trees and fenced, and has a small selection of facilities. The 16.5x5-m salt water pool is equipped with an alarm system and is secured by a gate and a fence. Around the basin, you will find a 150-m² tiled pool area. There is another terrace by the pool. Under its roofed area, you will be able to find facilities and equipment including a bar, a gas plancha, and a barbecue. It also has cooking utensils for outside meals, a large table, chairs, and umbrellas. Sheets and towels are provided.
